June 6, 2011 Lunch at Molinari Delicatessen in San Francisco. We sell their cured meats at my work so it was cool to see where it comes from. I had the focaccia special with what seamed like a pound of prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes and sweet bell peppers all grilled on that delicious bread.
“Street Corn” at Alma, Dallas. Grilled white corn with lime juice, mayonnaise, queso fresco and chile powder. One of my favorite sides!
